Monty Morrison, the Rotorua Lakes Council's kaupapa Maori advisor, blesses the new water fountain unveiled yesterday at the Ngongotaha youth space. The fountain is the first of 13 to be installed by the council over the next month. All the fountains have been designed by local artist Kereama Taepa.
